Here at MikeReidFitness, we don’t just offer 1-to-1 personal training. Our timetabled classes allow you to workout and make friends at the same time, all in a fun and friendly environment.

Classes run in the morning and the evening and are held by one of our experienced coaches, so whether you are an early bird or a night owl, there should be a time to suit you. See our timetable for more information.

Each class completes the Workout Of the Day (WOD), each day comes with a new WOD and each WOD is designed to be scaled to your ability and be different from the last. Whether you are a experienced athlete or new to training, the WOD is designed to test you.
